She has served as a learning leader in Pharmaco, Academia, Retail, Telecom, Sales, Marketing, and Advertising. Julie and her team oversee the pillars of learning and instruction: Onboarding, Craft Education, Team Dynamics, Transferable Knowledge, Client Education, and Learning Technologies. Julie is a strategic partner to the business by creating learning that affects the caliber of the workforce through thoughtfully produced learning solutions. Julie believes that learning is not a byproduct but an intrinsic part of the culture to any successful company. She prides herself on running a learning organization that is front and center and has a seat at the decision-making table by using data and analytics and aligning it with the business objectives. 2017 has been an exciting year for Julie and her L&D team; being awarded and recognized by various learning authorities as an industry trailblazer and change agent in the learning space.
