Josh Crafford is an innovation and change leader with over 15 years of experience inside 4 different fortune 500 companies. Having grown his career from a call center representative, he is now a leading expert in changing corporate culture, empowering the workforce, integrating innovation into every role through C-Suite and designing highly experiential courses.
Josh has held several leadership roles in Learning and Development, (L&D) and built several L&D departments from the ground up in the US, India and Canada. He played a critical part in the IPO separation of GE Capital to Synchrony Financial as VP, Corporate Leadership L&D where he was responsible for overall design, development and delivery of all leadership and professional development courses company wide. Extending beyond corporate L&D, he recently took on a new role where he is responsible for building Functional L&D from the ground up.
He serves his community through volunteering to lead workshops and presentations at St. John’s University, UCONN and the Boys & Girls Club. He also sits on the Advisory Board at the Alpharetta YMCA.
Josh receive a master’s degree from SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design, in Design Management and Innovation with a concentration in Instructional Design. He also holds a B.S. in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University.
